The reason that I work with Tracey for a loan is because she treats you like a person. The way a credit union should because it’s members own it! With all the changes that have been made with the merger of Telco (which I worked for in custer for 3 years) its hard to find someone who can actually understand your issues when needing a loan. As a Credit Union you need to know that your members in community’s are here year around where military personnel come a go. I live by treat those you encounter like they are important and they will treat you the same. Tracey is amazing and will work with her as long as I can!

Have been with this credit union for years when it was Telco. Same great service now with Sentinel. Great employees and great location! We tell anyone that this credit union is better than any bank or other credit union!

The ladies at our local branch here in Hill City are always very accommodating to my banking needs. Fast, friendly service...with a smile as well!
