I have been a member for years and I have been a loyal customer. I have had several loans in the past and have paid them back on time or early. I went to get a loan for a vehicle and was treated as if I had no history with them and I am whatever they see on a computer and not worthy to them. I was a loyal customer though I am no longer going to do business with them and can't wait to close my accounts and do my banking elsewhere.

A special shout-out to a lady named Lee, she helped me so much with my account problems in a calm way. She reached out to me to let me know all processes and overall and was a very mature and sweet lady!!! Definitely enjoyed her help!!
