I had a dispute with this bank and they handled it very unprofessionally. Took money out of my account without consent and then put the money back in. Never seen such a thing before. Beware!

I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo and Dakotaland and I must say Wells Fargo is much faster at responding to my concerns that’s why I’ve stopped depositing as much money in this bank, my wife has been calling for a couple weeks about a possible loan and still no answer just apologizing Which I understand but couple weeks? That makes us feel like we don’t matter and they have no hurry to help us out I wish I could give it a higher rating but I’m truly tired of having to keep calling we’ve currently set up a CD with this bank but as soon as it ends we’re definitely switching banks

I have been banking with Dakotaland for a very very large chunk of my life! I love that no matter who I am working with from tellers to loan officers they will go the extra step to make things perfect for the life/business I have been working hard to build! So 5 stars to you and your amazing staff Dakotaland!
