BankWest, Kadoka, SD

The bank does not care about their customers I have been with them since 2003 and have had 7 loan with them and paid every loan in full they have made good money from me and now they don't care to help me out with a small loan I needed. Marlene was the only one help me to get where I'm today if it was not for Her big heart now it's all about you have to be AA+ customers to even get a loan with them even though I have had all my loans with them now they don't want my business any more I'm looking for a different bank to MOVE TO...

Bad service. Cannot trust that they will competently handle transactions, and loans. Sad, we want to support local business, but we will be pulling our account from this bank in the future.
