First Interstate Bank, Lead, SD

I’ve lived in 6 states during and after serving in Navy. I’ve felt with multiple banks in my lifetime and First Interstate Bank has been my home now for 15 years. I opened my first account here when I retired to Lead. Everyone I’ve encountered at this branch over the years has always been polite and respectful. Each representative has always shown professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The Lead branch has the rudest staff. After banking with them for 8+ years I got rid of my account here and moved to FNB due to how unpleasant it was to ever go to First Interstate.

Great Bank, Great staff. Misty was extremely helpful with our land purchase.

Staff is always friendly, and is always on top of whatever problem we might mention. If they personally do not know how to fix it they know who to call or where to look.
