Despite having a mortgage and also refinancing another mortgage they would not exchange money for a roll of quarters

This bank sucks!! Keeps refusing my house payment after it was transfered to them. and keeps changing the amount due because of escrow. which the still havent sent me the changes that been since feb 2016. turned me over to colection for 4 dollars that was short but cashed the check and just held the funds in limbo. And sent me to collections ofr 4 dollars. Had my house 16 years and have never been late. Dont trust then!!!!!

Annual fees, high rates, poor customer service, third party specialty department. Simply depart before entrance.
