I saw a weird charge on my account, called and Haley answered and assisted me perfectly! She canceled my card and got me a new one within a fast time. Always received great customer service! Thanks!

I have never in my life seen a bank so crooked. I had an account with Cortrust bank after being treated poorly for years i decided to close my account with them, and take my business elsewhere. I took out my funds that were in my checking account. The total was $124 bucks. I made sure i had no checks or any other pending charges. A week later i get a bill for the same amount $124 bucks. Called and explained i was current with them and didnt owe them anything and should not have got a bill from them. I was told by Terry that they had made a mistake but could not explain what happend? After fighting with them for weeks the manager finally told me he didnt care what i had to say and that he would see me in court. WORST BANK IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! ps i ended up having to pay for it. And now after paying it, now they are saying i never paid them, and now i get to do it all over. Thanks cortrust
