Pay no attention to any negative review. This credit union has been absolutely outstanding to work with. From their customer service at the drive through (wonderful and friendly people) to the wide variety of financial services offered, I cannot recommend Dakotaland enough. I have dealt with many financial institutions over the years and, without a doubt, Dakotaland is the absolute best. We have done mortgages, auto loans and general banking transactions with them and could not be more pleased. Mike Kluth is a consummate professional and a pleasure to deal with. You have earned our business for life. Keep up the great work!

Update: Bank is not going to fix this and is blaming me for tellers mistake! I withdrew money through a teller and she claims she gave me too much money. So instead of it being her mistake, they credited my account causing me to go negative. I believe I was targeted because she later sent an email claiming she called me but I have no missed calls on my phone. I have referred many people to this bank but now I am going to stop as I feel I wasn't treated fairly when I myself was a bank teller so I know to count the cash at least three times. I should not be penalized for her mistake!

One of the most unfriendliest credit unions ive ever been too. The ladies act like its such an inConvenience to simply do their job. You ask them simple questions and they reply with the driest tone and you can clearly see the annoyance in their face. It makes me feel sorry I chose to bank with you guys. Its a very unwelcoming feeling when I come here. I thought you as an institution were there to help with ANY questions or concerns.

Stopped in the bank yesterday to withdraw cash and apply for a auto loan. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I filled out my application online in the office to get started. Mike Kluth the Consumer Loan Officer at this branch was also a pleasure to work with. I was financed for the car I wanted and behind the wheel the same day. Thanks to everyone at Dakotaland FCU.

We came in today wanting to visit about a personal loan and Mike Kluth was very helpful. He had a few things going on and he still was able to get us in and take care of our loan needs. We also like that we are greeted by so many friendly and familiar faces! Today we also opened another account and Coral was very helpful with that as well!
