Trent is has a teacher's approach when leading and guiding families through the home buying process. This was our first home buy in South Dakota and from the first phone conversation with Trent, he did his best to teach me various aspects of buying a home in South Dakota and the home-loan process. Two things that set Trent apart from other mortgage lenders that I worked with when buying my first home in Oregon. First, Trent made himself wildly available throughout the process. He provided us with his cell phone and told us to call him anytime during the process. We called him and he was always good to answer and/or call us promptly back. Secondly, Trent was knowledgeable about the home loan process. He was able to field questions about buying foreclosed homes, manufactured homes, buying properties, or buying single-family homes. We had a lot of questions buying our first home in South Dakota and I am glad we had Trent helping us with the process. He is a teacher. He makes himself available. He is knowledgeable. I give him my highest recommendation! Five Stars!

Melissa everhart is the best loan officer that you could come across. She literally takes care of everything for you and you can ask her any questions you have and she would answer and also she is available for questions 24/7 that is amazing. She explained the process to me with great details. She is the only one I recommend for this job.
