OneMain Financial, Rapid City, SD

After a few days of back and forth and uploading all the documents they asked for I was approved for a loan. Scheduled an appointment to come in and sign documents. Two minutes into appointment oops we missed that document you where you said your expense was x dollars and now it changes you're entire approval and we can't approve you now. They had that document and I discussed it with them prior to coming in. Something sketchy about their oops then I wasn't approved.

Just like many other companies, high interest rate. Taking advantage of those in need is what they do best. I was making 170 dollar payments but only 30 was going toward the loan. I paid it off in three months, but when I paid off the balance they tacked on an extra 500 in interest. They should be ashamed to work for a company which puts money over customers. Greedy!!!

This business is a gawd send I can't thank Tammy enough for all that she's done as well as all the women there, there very friendly and courteous even when there tired and had a long day there still very friendly. Thanks Tammy your kinda my guardian angel lol....

Always sending me pre-approval notices but when I call or go online the code is no good. Offer up 40k worth of collateral and get denied for 10k. (Numbers are hypothetical) they never have don't a credit report on me just denied by simply entering name and address. Its bs.

December 5th, 2017. I received a letter that said because I was a valid customer and had my loan for two years that I was guaranteed an increase that would give me some extra spending money should I rewrite my loan. I called and did what the letter asked. To my surprise I was turned down. Said I didn't make enough money, funny I made enough when I got the loan the first time. I'm in the same job, make more now then when I first got the loan, they pull the payment directly out of my checking account, never been late on one payment, they even told me I have good credit. This company and employees are truly a joke. I have a couple more years till they are paid off. Can honestly say, I will never go back to them. Anyone thinking about them, please think twice. I wished I had.

Very helpful and courteous in my time of need. Will recommend them to anyone who needs financial help anytime.

OneMain Financial was great. The local office was great to work with to get it all done online.
