Plains Commerce Bank Mortgage, Sioux Falls, SD

I have no idea how this place even exists. In my opinion, this company should be on a scam list. They are rude, dishonest and slow. To modify a loan they require receipts for your grocery bills and will not process your request without it. They didn't require that much information during the initial mortgage process. I combed through their ridiculous check list twice, then uploaded all the documents. Twice I was told they had received everything. 45 days later still no answer. When I called again, I was told they never received my documents. It's like they WANT my loan in foreclosure. Today, I was told it could take up to 60 days. That is utterly insane! Stay away from this company!!!
