I heard about voyage federal credit union when i has to finance my new van. I got a great rate and they have been easy to work with. I now applied for and was granted personal loan and the process was extremely simple and quick. Thank you guys!!

There is a new guy working the drive through at the Kiwanis Circle location. He's been nothing short of rude every time I've gone through his line. No please, no thank you, nothing...he just sits there and ignores the fact that I've even said anything, despite the fact that I'm being friendly and say please and thank you. His initial response when he walks up to the window is, "how may I help you?" After that, silence. Rude. He's a younger kid with both ears pierced. I've never had a problem there before and I've been a member since it was Bell Federal Credit Union. He's got me interested in changing credit unions simply because he's a brat.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had. After my husband died, I tried to get help with closing his account. The Assistant Manager was the rudest person I've dealt with concerning any of my late husband's affairs. She would not point me in the right direction of how I needed proceeded just flat told me she couldn't help me. I understand that there are certain things that legality won't allow a person to do, but the tone and manner that was directed toward a grieving widow was the worst I've encountered so far. Thankfully my mother in law was able to help me get it straightened out after Voyage wouldn't. And there was not one simple apology for any of their rude behavior after the fact. My MIL has banked with them for 40 years and was offered condolences on the loss of her son. I was not worth their time.

I recently started doing business with Voyage. I took advantage of their 2.39% APR car loan special. I have been with my previous credit union since my freshman year of college (7 years!), but I have decided to switch to Voyage! I am moving my checking, credit, and direct deposit to their care.
Voyage earned my trust for a few reasons...
Their customer service is AMAZING. Emily was there to help me at all hours of the evening. Her emails were always prompt and polite. She's a delight! She made the whole process a breeze.
Their website and loan-pay software is easy to use! I set up an external account re-occurring loan payment in 10 minutes tops. They are a small, local credit union. It seems that they do care for their customers and community. Excited to do business with you, Voyage! Thanks for all your help.

In the last two years I have had my card four times have to be shut down and had to wait two weeks to get a new card. Nothing of my own fault. Extremely irritating. One of those two week period turned into a month. Never had this experience any place else.

Kaden took my very annoying requests and made sure that not only were all of my questions and concerns handled, but he helped make sure I was left satisfied. He even followed up with me on a question I had well after the fact, when there was no way to have this particular concern addressed in the moment. Highly recommend banking here!

You get the feeling you’re working with family (the financially stable ones) who not only care about your business, but about you the person. I've been banking with Voyage FCU since 1994 and will never look to go anywhere else. Everyone working with the customers at the 49th st. Location are completely amazing. They remember who you are from visit to visit and before long you've gained a new friend. Keep it up, Voyage! Your kindness does not go unnoticed.
