I have always had great service at Voyage Dawley Farm. Never a long wait to talk to someone.

Had to drive 30mins into sioux falls to the bank on my day off because no one answers the phone

I was at the drive thru at 5:28 which I understand is close to last minute- but it is open until 5:30. waited for a minute cuz usually they greet you & got nothing so I pushed the call button and it the lady said they already closed the drawers... if you’re open until 5:30- which is still usually a rush for people; please stay open until 5:30.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible banking service. Avoid at all costs if you would like to actually view your account.

I've been very satisfied with all my dealings with Issac, Mike and Deb. From making payments to adding my husband to a new account and auto loan. These people are very knowledgeable and have patience when I don't understand! I feel like I'm treated like family! I'm very thankful to belong to Voyage Federal Credit Union.
