Horrible experience.they Don't seem to know how to handle a signed over check, rude to disabled people and treat younger adults as if they are children. The manager doesn't know her own banks policy's and seems too have a good like attitude. Very rude. Unprofessional. Feels like my money isn't nearly good enough for them. This is not the first issue we have had. They don't care. They only want your money (when they seem.the amount worth having appearently)

BHFCU is great! They have the best customer service with a friendly and professional attitude. They also have an easy to use online banking system, great rates, member dividends, and a clean bank. Best of all, they don't use high pressure sales tactics. I highly recommend BHFCU.

Reed Lindbloom was very helpful in assisting my wife and I in the renovation loan process of our home. He patiently explained to us exactly what we needed and accommodated so many of our questions. We would be happy to recommend him to anyone in the Black Hills!

Should not and would not do business. Regrettably I had got a loan and a month later get a bill for the most expensive insurance, meanwhile it's winter, and people work. Thinking Wells Fargo is a better choice, at least they get sued for screwing people!

The staff in the Spearfish office has always went above and beyond to help us with anything that we’ve needed. I have banked with them for over 20 years and have no plans of changing anytime soon. They are the best of both worlds because you get treated like an actual person because they haven’t gotten too big yet they’re big enough to still take advantage of all of the technology available today to make banking a breeze.
