Elevated Financial of Spearfish, Spearfish, SD

I referred a customer here about a year ago. They treated him good and gave him a loan at a decent rate even though he had credit issues. He had decent job time and has lived in the area for awhile. Those 2 factors really play into their qualifying criteria. Their communication was excellent. I'd recommend giving them a shot. Especially if you are credit challenged.

Currently have a loan with them, not only have they charged me a ridiculous interest amount on a 1600 loan the end result owed is 5000! But they don't report to credit bereau sand anytime I try to address the issue they ever amswer their phone. But the main reason for this review is because I just got information that they don't want to up my loan, mind you not I have had this loan for 9 months and 8 payments, NOT ONE SINGLE payment has been late and it's always been early, my receipts and their records show that as well, but they denied me to up my loan because they want a better co signer? Not only has frontier financial screwed my credit score up with inquiring about my score but not even reporting my payments to the credit bureau! DO NOT go through frontier financial.

Lacks in professionalism. Voicemail disconnects you. I went there. After telling them the DMV said they need to get me lien release, was told I need to call the dmv and ask what is needed. One gal is saying she is new and doesn't know anything and the other is on the phone. Total run around and no professionalism whatsoever. Then, she shut the door in my face.
