Highmark Credit Union, Spearfish, SD

Bryan and Laurna have been truly awesome in helping me get new business and personal accounts going. When you call the bank, you actually get ahold of a helpful and friendly human everytime. No long lines, they have most features that you get at larger banks and you always get quick help if you have any questions. I am very impressed and pleased switching to this credit union. Give them a shot and I think you will be happy.

I chose Highmark when I moved to Spearfish because I found no negative reviews for them. My move was fast an furious due to family medical crisis. In the rush I overlooked a necessary financial step that did not affect the bank account opened with Highmark. Without going into detail, Jason and resolved my issue which included dealing with an out of state credit union within 30 minutes. Can't say enough great things about the company.

Do not go here if you value your time. I've been waiting for over a month for a call or email or anything. I first called this branch and was told to setup an acct. online, so I did. Gave them all my info and nothing. I've called and left 5 voicemails, several emails, and have spoken with the operator each time which says she will make sure this doesn't happen again, but it does. I would have never spent time to write a review, but I feel I don't want people to waste time with this place, as it is not professional or legit. Total scam!

Friendly and helpful. They've provided more ways for my tenants to easily pay rent too.

Don't bank there they charge you a 2.00 per day in fees if you happen to be in over draft I was 80.00 dollars in overdraft and I sent them a check for 60.00 dollars to cover most of it then they tacked on another 40.00 in fees also worst customer service i ever had I would never bank there again they don't care about there members.

Been here now for a little over 2 years and think they do a GREAT job!! cannot understand why anyone would give them a rating below 5 stars, unless they are the problem?? Great service, very responsive, all in all cannot think of anything they could do better. Glad I opened an account here!!!!
