Trust this Northern Hills Credit Union! It's awesome! All the staff are courteous! I especially enjoy working with the VERY professional Dyanna! She is accurate and optimistic! I have gone in on a day in Spearfish to make a transaction, and it wasn't cloudy or snowing. I asked Dyanna during my transaction how her day was going, "the sun is shining" she replied. WOW! Her simple optimistic comment made my week! To have more people in the world with Dyanna's genuine and joyful attitude, would make our lives light-years better! Thanks for your professionalism and attitude Dyanna! I trust this branch and it's staff! My money is safe here!

I have been using this credit union for the last few years, and have never been disappointed! Every employee there has worked efficiently, and provided me with a significant sense of satisfaction each time I visit. Shorter hours? No drive thru? I am more than happy to get out of my car and take 3mins to walk inside to conduct my business, worth it. Their banking app allows me to digitally deposit checks, check my bank accounts, and transfer money so I can’t find one reason to be upset that they close on Saturday LOL Cant find service like this anywhere!!!

Made the switch after the terrible treatment Wells Fargo gave me, 30yrs with them and wouldn’t even look at me for a car loan, Northern did in a instant along with 2 more loans right there says it all

I was so excited about the new NHFCU location in spearfish but it does not have a drive up window. This eliminates the convenience I was hoping for with my credit union.

The new location is very nice. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. I wouldn't do my banking anywhere else.

The people that work at this specific location are terrible. Never had such terrible customer service. Will never give them my business and will be sure to spread the word.
