Northern Hills Federal Credit Union, Sturgis, SD

Teresa at the Sturgis office is so pleasant when you even have a bad situation to deal with. She made me feel so much better when I thought I'd have the worst day. She went way above her call if duty to make a bad situation a solution I was able to deal with. She is definitely a star employee.

This is the bank I'm forced to pay rent to, and unlike my main bank in spearfish that closes at 4:30 and drive through at 5:30, this bank doesn't have a drive through anymore in the spearfish branch, and closes at 4:30. The one in the next town 20 minutes away with a drive through closes at 5. I'm a working man that works 5 days a week till 4:30-5:00 this bank makes it impossible for me to pay rent except for on Saturdays, and even then, that's if I refuse to work that Saturday to pay my rent.

Only have one star to reveiw. I have had nothing but problems with this bank especially when traveling! Use any place else I'll be closing my account and staying with my trust worthy main bank!
