After being a customer for 7 years, and working here as sales, don't do it. They have pretty much 0 customer service as far as helping any long term customers. Also, the management, AKA Bill Wipf, are racist and like to play a game called "Guess the credit score". As a former salesperson, I felt very uncomfortable in playing said game. I wish I could fix the agreements I made in my month. Also, as soon as I tried to put in my two week notice, Bill Wipf let me go on the spot. Disgusting choices go even higher. My first sale was given to me, and I was told hopefully she made her first payment, so I'd get paid for it.

My feelings and experience went back and forth between good and bad in the past with our last account manager. I'm not exactly sure what happened to our old account manager but since Elle became our account manager I have had nothing but the best experience, anytime I have a question or concern she always is so helpful. She is so polite on the phone which I love! She is also very easy to communicate with and doesn't make you feel dumb or anything like that as thats how I've felt and been treated in the past. She is always willing to work with you on payments or anything that you need! I really hope that if we decide to get another vehicle Elle can stay our manager! Thank you Elle for being so amazing!!!

sooo many issues with this place, i still have about two years left on my car but it’s been nothing but a hassle with them. a weekly car payment is insane, they changed their system and the payment doesn’t take out automatically anymore but yet you’re still stuck paying the late fee even though it’s their fault! Can’t pay online or it’s an extra 5$ convince fee, the system online says my payments are late but when i call, they’re not. it’s a lack of professionalism, save your time and save your money for better things. i wish somebody would’ve warned me about wheel city / autoloan acceptance. i’ve reached out multiple times to try to refinance and they’ve never reached out about it. i’m stuck paying extra every week for a CPI payment on a person that doesn’t live with me and when they did, they didn’t have a license or even know how to drive. All they’d tell me was it was “just in case that person did drive” they’re just a greedy company.

My Account Manager ELLE is awesome. She has always been very patient with me and helps keep my account where it should be. She is very easy to talk to and I became more then just a client to her. Its people like her that makes dealing with loans much easier.

They will work with you but when you trade it watch out they think they are full of themselves are refuse to provide pay off amounts to you. (Which is illegal by the way!!!) you are getting your money in the long run. ALAC JUST GIVE ME THE PAY OFF AMOUNT! Don’t lie and say you gave it to dealership when you can’t provide to the dealership because that is also illegal!

Well I told them that we had work a lot and overtime and 10 hrs and busy busy . They said no communication with them I told them that we had work a lot a lot .they rude and they don't care .. if paid off then do not recommend this auto loan acceptance. They will rude anyway ..

Had a loan with the company first car i got never had any issues whatsoever, i trade my car in for improvement! The second car i got was a 2013 chevy equinox paying almost 600 a month for 4 years. Wait a min... i was paying 400 almost month for 3 years! On top of that the car i got was a lemon, after a year of having the car, it wont turn over and sounds like a lawn mower, take it to their mechanic who said it was one problem, they worked with me for loan for the repair work. THEN THE ISSUES started again! Their mechanic doesnt know what they r doing! Take the car to meineke the engine needs to be repaired! Get the car again and week to two weeks late the car wont start again, sounds like the car was a mower. Mieneke says its the battery, there was new battery in the car! Call up the main office and they cant do a refiance on the car or get a car that can replace this lemon and they can rude when they feel like, i will take my business elsewhere as they gouge ur bank accts with no remorse!
