Terrible place for banking purposes. Staff was untruthful at best. Update— Just saw the question. I will elaborate, just over five years ago your Credit Union allowed a member of my family, who I was the Financial Power of Attorney for, to open an account. When I requested the information on said account your staff advised me that you were unable to provide the information, even though I provided you the Financial Power of Attorney document. My family member has since passed away, however I was never given any information on the account. No employee from your company would even admit their was an account. To me that is being untruthful, but people can make their own decisions.

VFCU is what a financial institution should be; helpful, friendly and looking to earn your trust and business. You don't have to be rich or have perfect credit to get a loan with a great rate here. They have helped me with both business and personal banking needs for over 15 years.

Generally speaking I have a great time with this bank. However just got off of the phone with the most curt and rude person i've ever spoken to. It seemed as thought I was wasting her time despite having an easy and short request.
