Fast, friendly, reliable service that we know we can count on! My husband and I just worked on a construction loan with Serena at the Watertown branch; she was excellent! She answered all of our questions and ensured we were comfortable with everything. Serena was professional and understanding throughout the whole process - we look forward to working with her and Dakotaland if we need any other loans in the future.

10/10 ✨Highly Recommended✨ I absolutely love this bank! We have switched all of our accounts to them. Fast, friendly, and professional service. The staff is fantastic and a big shout out to our banker Angelica Reyna for 5 star customer service. Very thankful to have such a friendly, customer orientated, community connected bank in town.

The entire staff at Dakotaland is awesome! Jordan has always been extremely helpful! Quick and courteous customer service!! We've even transferred existing loans over to Dakotaland because of her! Keep up the great work and thank you!!

Recently switched to Dakotaland FCU from Great Western Bank when they sold to First Interstate and I've had a great experience. Friendly staff - they remember me when I enter. Fees are far less than competing banks as well, and as of the writing of this review, paper statements are still available without any extra charge.

This bank has some special people working at the Watertown, SD branch( Sam Mooney and Angie Hanson)!! We had never even stepped foot in a Dakotaland Federal Credit Union and they helped us effectively and efficiently! They are so helpful and kind we returned to open an account of our own! If you are looking for a new bank to try , this is it!!
