First Interstate Bank, Watertown, SD

I hate this bank they are always so rude to you and never help you if I could give them 0 STARS I WOULD !! They never know what they are talking about one person tells you one thing and another person tells you the complete opposite first chance I get I am closing out my account with them they also hold onto your money so you never really know what your balance is like their hopeing you will be over drawn and they president at this bank is extremely rude

James at the Watertown branch is a great rep. He is understanding and patient with customers as they try to navigate this crazy business called banking on weekends. If you get the opportunity to work with him, do so.

They just switched to First Interstate Bank. We can't access our accounts and have been on hold for over 2 hours.

We are sellers of a home in WatertownSD, my buyers paperwork sat on a desk and was not finalized. The banker waited to process until 3 days to closing date on sales contract. They don't care about you as a buyer or the seller. DON'T EVER GO TO THIS BANK TO PROCESS YOUR FUTURE HOME, Go to a mortgage company.

Great service with a smile

This bank is completely incompetent, I've made 3 different requests to just be sent a new debit card since the company had merged from Great Western Bank. They have tried to send me a bank card to 3 different locations and have been unable for some reason. Please consider banking with someone who doesn't hold your money because they can't send you a single piece of mail.
