Has been a big headache. I have had to re send my documents 4 times now and every time I send them I get an email about their system having problems uploading. After that I have to sit on hold for 15+ minutes to get someone to re set the loan dashboard so I can again re send info I have already sent.

Kelly who I dealt with in Watertown was super she walked me through procedure step by step she helped me to do my paperwork fax Etc and she let me call her for her five times to clarify things I deeply appreciate the help and thank you for helping me at this time
