Reliabank, Watertown, SD

I came to Reliabank for my first mortgage and they were great to work with. Since then I've brought my checking accounts to them as well. I love the online banking perks!

This bank is an absolute joke. They continually deposit my money into the wrong account. I have been given the wrong amount of money multiple times. The amount of time wasted fixing their mistakes is building still. I would suggest another bank.

I started banking with Reliabank when they opened in Watertown, SD. After moving to sioux falls i had to wait for them to expand. I drove to the Hartford location when they opened, then Tea, and now Sioux Falls location. They have the BEST support and customer service !! My dog dropped her toy in the drive through in the Tea location and they spent $5 in stamps to send it to my home. All the locations remembered me after only a few visits and are a real dmall town feel. It really makes me comfortable going in and asking questions or opening a loan. I highly recommend!! They also give my dog 2 treats because she is so big🙂 the best!!
