FNBO - First National Bank of Omaha, Yankton, SD

We have our checking, savings, and mortgage with FNBO. This is a good bank but no one answers the phone, ever. They say to leave a message but then I, as the customer, have to wait for them to call me back with no knowledge of when this will happen and will I be available to answer the call? This is not good customer service. It is very important to have someone answer the phone even if they say they will have someone call back.

I was looking for someone that works down at the credit card center behind Pizza Hut not necessarily at the bank proper. First National is a company that works for the bank, credit card side. I stopped in and ask the front desk/first desk off to the right hand side. She directed me to the correct place. Nice facility, big, open, spacious.

FNBO literally let someone walk in and take $500 out of my account and the bank teller approved it. Now no one can do anything about it until Monday. I am so livid

They do a great job!! Thank you for being a good honest Bank that I can depend on!!
