The whole point I ever started using this place was because of the 24 hour operations. Closing at 6 is just to early. How can you be named 24/7 and close before the mail stops running

I have been in customer service for over 7 years now and NEVER have i seen or heard such AMAZING , OUT OF THIS WORLD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NOT EVEN MYSELF!!!! Mrs. Stephanie & MR. John are beyond amazing and do such a great job at everything they seem to have done while i was there. They put off such a glow for this place that it's unreal ...When you walk in they make you feel so welcome that you feel like you already know them ...THESE TWO DEFINITELY DESERVE A HUGE RAISE .. THESE TWO MAKE THIS STORE!! As long as they are involved with this location y'all will have my business for sure !!!!

They are a bunch of crooks. Got the loan around December 6, paid one payment. And still owe almost $200 more than I borrowed to begin with. High interest and poor service. Will never use again. I’d rather starve.

Came in last week and was helped by Miranda. Was very professional and helped me every way she could! Great great GREAT customer service. Will definitely tell my friends this is the best place to go.

DO NOT GET A PAYDAY LOAN HERE!!! ITS A SCAM... here is my story.. So i was needing money because i was in the middle of a job change. I received 400 dollars to get me by til payday and i was going to pay it back within two payment cycles. After the interest rate set in i was screwed from there.. Tried calling several times to settle a payment plan and get this taken care of.. nothing but a letter in the mail for a Civil suit against me... SCAM ARTISTS TO A TEE!! MIGHT AS WELL TAKE COLLECT CALLS GIVING MY SOCIAL OUT TO CLAIM MY PRIZE BECAUSE I WON A MILLION DOLLARS.. LOL

Wayne was very experienced and patient. His professionalism has moved me to reference him and the services of this company to any and all.
