I have been with company for years. The manager Missie Thomas is the best. When I was going through a financial hardship she gave me a chance. If you need a loan and need a chance to build your credit; Cavalier is the best.

These ladies are awesome they help you out in every way they can. 5 stars is not enough they need 10 stars. Way to go ladies I am recommending to everyone I know.

I took a loan with this place and for the past few months I have fell into deep financial troubles being. Being single with only one source of income, my financial status isn’t so great. I have been receiving harassing phone calls from Missy, and now I’m even getting harassing letters from this place. They need to be more lenient with people, and understanding. Also, stop threatening me with rude messages, and STOP harassing me during my working hours! Not everyone has a 9 to 5 job like you! Very poor customer service!!

Why would anyone want to argue or lose a good customer is beyond me. Not one time have i paid late. I will never send anyone their way and i will find a new company. Didnt even try once to make me happy or fix the error or acted like they cared about their customer. Shame on them!
