BJ goes above and beyond for her customers. She has worked with me on loans for over 2 years now and always takes good care of me. She has definitely helped me build my credit. Very grateful for her and all the other service loan staff.

So I was turned down for a loan by them which is ok not a big deal. Why they are getting a one star view is because they didn't have the professional ability to return a call and tell me I was not approved for it. I really wanted to be able to say this place was still descent but they just proved that they're not worth the time it takes to call them.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Deposited a live check that was sent to me did it for credit rebuilding purposes so there was no actual credit check ran then I went in when a offer was extended for a loan renewal hoping it would build my credit score specifically over the telephone I asked if this would be a type of situation where my credit would actually be pulled and I was told by BJ no so I rearranged my work schedule went in and actually they did want to run my credit they also wanted some sort of collateral but in the phone conversation none of those things were mentioned on our phone conversation... So needless to say I did not do the loan renewal then the company actually called my job when I called and told them to not call me at my job BJ told me she could call me wherever she wanted to I then paid off the balance completely and I will never deal with this company again. If you want to deal with people who know how to give the right type of customer service go to Covington credit those ladies there are great! I do not usually ever leave reviews for anything but I wanted to make sure that people know not to deal with this company.

I have been doing business with service loans for several years now I paid my first loan off and then after about 8 months or so I need a little more cash call them up it was in the bank within 15 minutes very happy with this place

Yes the ladies of service loan are are very nice ladies very friendly very approachable and do their job very well
