I had an amazing experience here. This was my first installment loan and i felt informed and comfortable when i signed. Karen was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Recommended for anyone without perfect credit who need a chance.

The lady that answers the phone is absolutely rude!!! (While the Manager is in back ground on coaching her on what to say). She needs training in customer service. Called to see what is needed in order to start an application. They open at 9a but don’t take applications until 9:30 or later. No I don’t want to give you personal information over the phone. JUST TELL ME WHAT ITEMS ARE NEEDED IN ORDER TO PROCEED.
