My experience with Legacy was the worst. I am a first time homebuyer and the experience I had made me want to forget about ever wanting to purchase a home. I spoke with 2 different lenders, Temeka and Samantha. Communication was horrible for Temeka and Samantha was bad with returning info on a timely manner. After chasing Temeka for 3 weeks, she told me I longer qualified. I was crushed and just gave up all together. Thankfully I have an agent that refused to let me quit on my dream. This company may be a good fit. But the experience I had was horrible and I’m still dealing with it 2 weeks later. I understand family issues may come up, but if you can tell a potential buyer that you will get back with them or your working on it and actually not, any excuse after that is unacceptable. Just say you going through something and responses or work will be delayed. Don’t string me along having me thinking you are doing your job but really not. Communication. I can’t say it enough.

What made it a great experience was the constant communication and requests to provide the necessary paperwork so the closing could go on without any disruption. We had a fairly quick turnaround from proposal acceptance to closing and Eric and his team stayed on top of me so there would not be any potential closing delay

David was awesome to work with. Very communicative and explained everything that was needed and why. I will definitely call David again for any mortgage needs or with any questions. Thank you David for making this experience pleasant and stress free!

Brandon was very quick to respond from the very beginning! He came in with the best program for me, and continued to work to get me the best rate possible. As I was comparing lenders and loan programs, he was patient and provided helpful advice (no sales or condescending tactics). Once we locked in, his team was on top of every step and supported a quick turnaround on closing. He was a huge help and provided a great experience for me as a first time buyer!

Dana got us a great rate and was always available to answer any questions in a timely fashion. She was pleasant in all our conversations. If she was not available, she made sure someone was available to help us. It was a great experience through the end.
