Caleb was great! Very helpful and professional. The whole experience was fast and straight forward. It definitely helped my family when we had an unexpected situation arise.

John was super nice. Answered all my questions. Did take awhile for approval process. but it was late at night so I expected it to take awhile. He did call and speak to technical support to see what the hold up was and got it resolved .I appreciate all John's help. I don't like to borrow money this way but having a flexible loan makes it easier to pay back over time or in a short period of time .

I came in here late at night John was more than helpful and very professional he was by far the best customer service person from a loan place that i’ve ever been too, he was very helpful explained everything in detail too me went out of his way to help me understand the pay ment plans. i would love to speak to a manager at this specific West State location because of how my experience went. I will now forever use Advance Financial because of John & even come by here just to tell him hi. You all have an amazing representative on your hands and I will always make sure when i come he is here. Thank you SO much john you are a blessing in disguise.

I just want to say that my experience with company has been great. Mostof the time I have dealt with Jarrell and he has been very helpful each and every time whether it be making a payment, starting a loan, or paying off one. Their customer service agent cara tried helping me for 3 days to cash a check. My insurance company refused to verify, but caras team at advance financial got it handled. All of them were great to work with. They care.
