The girls up there are great!!! Very friendly and professional kellyanne is top notch. They got me financed when no one else could. One of the girls there was nice enough to share her cookie crumble cookies with me. They make you feel like family even the guy in the back Mike gave me a shirt and a hat. I would highly recommend this place they will build your credit up. My feet don't hurt anymore I was walking till I met them!!! Now I'm pushing a 278 hp mustang that gets me anywhere I wanna go quick!! And a payment I can afford leaving plenty of money left for mad Greek I love their pizzas gyros and salads definitely worth a trip if you're in the area

I don't share the opinions of the other posts. North State Acceptance has worked with me on my auto loan, no problems. For over 2 years. I simply pay on time. I can get confirmations texted, which is easier for me. I've also inquired about payoff balance several times and they always give me the remaining balance, which always adds up with simple math. These negative reviews are just not correct. I even asked about one payment not going through on time once and they worked with me, no problem.

Very shady, somehow they have a incorrect title to my truck. Constantly very rude to me & adding a multitude of fees that weren’t explained to me. CONSTANTLY threatening to repo my truck if I’m even one day late. I’ve as multiple multiple times for my payment date to be moved on the exact day I’m paid & they refuse. This wasn’t supposed to be a big deal & one reason I did finance with them. First they say they can’t move payments, then they say they can’t go past the 15th, then it’s the 20th.

This place is a joke, rude, unpleasant, unprofessional, I've been dealing with this company for almost 3 years, and they are constantly changing the rules, and regulations, every month it's something different. When I first started with this company I had good credit, I needed my payment due to the 1st week of every month, they said they couldn't change dates, it was due at the end of each month, putting me late for every payment, then I make arrangements to pay at the end of the month and they say my payment is due on the 1st of every month and it had always been like that. That was a straight lie. There always putting me in repo status, this month I called to make my payment and Makayla said there machine was down and couldnt process it but she would sent me a text when they was up and running, the text I received from her was telling me my payment was late and would go into repo status. I called 2 more times and couldn't get a answer at all . Then now Mike Grady is sending me texts putting me in repo stats but yet this time when I call right after the text I told he's not in the office and no one can tell me who his boss is or give me a number to someone over him. And these are not Automatic text messages either. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Worst mistake I ever made dealing with these sorry excuses for humans. Complete waste of air and a pack of thieves that's taking advantage of the less fortunate people here and surrounding states. Beware of these thieves

Can never get someone to answer the phone to make payments , absolutely disgraceful. Can't wait to pay off my car loan and never do business with them again
