Brett is amazing. He was really understanding during a rough time in our lives and worked to make sure we came to a mutual agreement.

I've been a customer for several months and in good standings with them and have had no issues. Until today dealing with Brett, store manager. He is very rude, not professional and no help at all. When I asked for his supervisors number he gave me the insurance claims number instead. Thankfully the JC branch was polite and helpful.

I had a home project being scheduled and planned to use money in my 401K but didn't really want to, so I contacted One Main Financial and they were able to put a package together for me immediately and I received the funds the next day in my checking account and at a very good interest rate. Since I was approved for more than I was asking for I only regret that I didn't take some of the additional funds to consolidate a couple loans that are at a higher interest rate. The service was very good, everyone was very knowledgeable. Thanks!

I am so glad to getting away from this company today and will not ever use them again yeah my credit isn’t the greatest and I had a co- signer with good credit and we didn’t realize that the interest rate was going to be through the roof paid on this loan for 9 months and always paid more than the payment was by 50.00 and the principal never went down I sold my bike for payoff to get away from OneMain and the payoff was still more than I gave for the motorcycle geez this is insane and never made a late payment

I can not wait to pay off my account and be done with this company. I have gotten letters as well as emails telling me I have money available and now both times I inquired they can't help when I need money. They make you feel as if you don't matter and the fact that you have been a good customer for over a year and a half and never paid late outside of your grace period or anything simply doesn't matter.
