I hit hardship during the pandemic (NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT) until recently. I was trying to tell the woman more info so she could confirm that I am actively seeking employment with a daycare and she snapped and raised her voice at me over the phone (sounded like an older woman) Very unprofessional and rude. Everyone else I have spoken with there have been polite.

The staff will call and harass you monthly if you are put down for a reference, and they start a week before the payment is actually due. I have asked them to remove my name multiple times because I don't even have a loan there and they continue to call. They also have a very high staff turnover rate which means that you NEVER talk to the same person twice.

After telling them when I would be able to pay my loan because I was in between jobs, which is under 400$ by the way, I was called and harassed several times a day from different phone numbers after telling them I would get them their Monday when I got my first pay check. I'm pregnant and its pretty ridiculous that they almost made me cry over the phone saying I haven't talked to anyone WHICH I HAVE and then hung up on me. Honestly I'm about to let it go against my credit because the way I've been treated has been ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Very rude and dishonest people was told I got approved for 370 dollars then was told they didn’t give loans for 370 they need to have better and honest people if they are gonna be handling checks and money sorriest place I have ever seen definitely not a good place to be wish I could give negative stars

Since Dave has left they are ALWAYS harassing you and then you tell them u.be in then they ask well what time and wasn't even behind a payment

They are the best finance company I've ever dealt with in all my years of borrowing. They are polite and courteous in all their calls and my visits to the office. I definitely recommend them to all my friends

The man is very very rude. He hung up on me as soon as I told him my name. I tried calling back several times and. He picks up; doesn't say a word and hangs up. Very disrespectful and has no people skills. I will never apply there again and will not recommend
