They don't help people who really need help just the ones who have perfect credit.

Gave me the run around for 3 days. Was honest with them from the beginning that I had filed bankruptcy in the past and that my credit was not in good shape. They said they could help me they would just have to explore options and see the best way to help. After three days they finally call with a decision and they turned me down because of (bankruptcy) and my credit?! Do not recommend this company to anyone!

Been over 10 years and still not released my title. Said shows nothing is in our system. Still shows lein on it a DMV. Supervisor at superior was very rude. 2-7-2022. Told to take care of it myself.

I would not recommend this company to anyone my husband and I during COVID-19 both experienced layoff and after that our vehicle which we have financed through this company broke down in Myrtle Beach and had to be fixed, the bill to fix our vehicle was like over $3000 and we called on a Thursday to explain to Jessica what we were dealing with and she had the nerve to tell us that if we didn’t have a payment in her office by that day that we wouldn’t have to worry about it and the following Saturday we received a letter in the mail that our vehicle was gonna be repossessed and sold, What kind of person has the nerve to treat someone this way when the payment isn't even a month late. I recommend finding a better place to finance your vehicles do not go here all of the women that work there not just Jessica, all of them are very rude and unprofessional and act like they could care less whether they help you or not!! Horrible attitudes! Things happen in life and especially during COVID-19 when a lot of people have lost their jobs.. times are hard, and this office is pathetic!
