Cash Express, Camden, TN

Got a title loan from cash express, made all of my payments and paid loan completely off. When I arrived to get my title there were new staff working there that said they could not get my title because they could not find it. This is ridiculous, this is theft. I will never be back

They lie about what you pay back and after paying on time for months nothing comes off the balance and if you can't get there that hit your bank account they wouldn't give me a f day

If I could give no stars I would. A year ago and I was so happy with this place now it's awful. The lady running it now is rude and don't have any customer service skills

The woman that answered the phone was WAY beyond rude. I would not recommend this business to anybody. So rude.
