Since when does a company need to know if I'm on chapter 11 debt to cash a check? Good Lord! Thank God it's a one time occurrence.

Not good for a thing shut this place down

My husband and I have used this place for 2 years. We had never had a problem until today. My husband went there today to get a check cashed. Now, this check is written by J.P. Morgan-Chase Bank is one of the biggest banks in the United States. For some reason, they couldn't get the check verified! They told my husband to leave the check with them and come back in 45 mins so they can get it verified. My husband sat in the parking lot, waiting for the check to go through. While he waited, people pulled up and one of the employees would do paperwork and bring money outside to these people, I have NEVER heard of cash express having curbside service. My husband sat there from 2:30 until 5:00 and they still didn't cash his check!! I believe that the woman is embezzling money and wanted to steal my husband's money by trying to get him to leave. People really think other people are that stupid???!!! We will NEVER use this place again EVER!!!
