Advance Financial, Chattanooga, TN

Came in here to cash a check I received and not only did they charge and outrageous rate to cash the check, they had to send the check through verification and stated that the name on the check was unfamiliar so I needed to provide contact information on top of this they then stated they could not cash the check absolutely horrible customer service

I used Advance Financial for first time and I was very nervous due to reading reviews prior to visiting the store. I must say Sophia was really helpful in calming my nerves. She explained the process from beginning to end and was very detailed. She even went over different options for payment with me. I really enjoyed her customer and professionalism.

I want to acknowledge that Nicole did an awesome customer service for me on Sunday 6/1. She was very confident in assisting me. My issue was fixed in about 30 min. Keep smiling Nicole!! Thanks

Brandon is always so professional and helpful! The process is prompt, and as long as you pay back what you borrowed quickly, this place is a life saver for making ends meet in those times when you're just a little short on cash.

James is an awesome guy, I called earlier and came down here after work and he's currently helping me and it's been a great experience. Friendly and he was looking out for the order that people came in , very helpful and professional

So advanced financial doesn't seem to like doing there job.Second time in a week it's been late or no service avoid this one unless your time isn't valuable.

I have been coming in now for 3-4 months only for money orders. Erica on Brainerd rd is the most disrespectful person and just very rude. She isn't personable at all and keep talking over me when she's the one asking the questions. I'm not trying to make the girl my best friend but come on now you can smile and stop looking at me as if im your worse enemy (not just me she is like this to everyone. If you don't wanna work here you can find another job. Or go take some customer service lessons from Chick-fil-A. It's down the street. Hopefully yal do a follow up and review cameras of her
