It was a great experience. I didnt get what I wanted because of my credit. But they got me damn close and I respect them for taking the time to do so. By the way, we cant always get what we want anyway!!!!!! Lol

Mia is the best. They are always so courteous and professional. And willing to help if you ever in a rut.

I've had several loans with this company and they have always been very respectful and transparent in their business practices. My only real complaint is that they only report to TransUnion so everything you do with them reports to a credit score that you can't use to much now days. That being said if you need a loan and your credit isn't exemplary they are willing to work with most people and have affordable payments I usually pay my accounts early.

Very poor customer service and customers should be told in advance that the company calls your job. I didn’t like that I wasn’t aware of this because that should be kept personal…

Was referred to this place to get a loan, went there and spoke to a lady, she told me to apply online and that they were busy but no one was there but me. I asked her if she could help be and she let out a sigh of annoyance and proceeded to take my information down. She told me it would take 30 mins I get a call an hour later telling me I was approved and to come in with paystubs. I get there and I asked her if she could print them and she was instantly rude told me she could see the font, and to go to the library to print them out. The whole time I was there she had a snobby attitude towards me and said basically she didn’t have time for me come back tomorrow. I was able to print out my information and went back and then they told me that my information didn’t match up and told me I wasn’t approved. And kept giving me the run around they told me to not come back. I think they are unprofessional and very rude to certain customers. I will never go back there and I highly don’t recommend going there. Very disappointed with this service.

Extremely unprofessional! Witnessed a worker take pens and sticky notes out of the hands of a competitor who also does loans and throw them in the trash right in front of her and said have a good day. Competitor was just offering her services as they have certain criteria if they can't help someone to maybe send them her way and vice versa friendly business to business relationship building. It was extremely rude and really shows the character of capstone finance. It's understandable if you can't take a competitor's merchandise but there's a better way to handle it. If you turn somebody away because of your criteria have some human decency and be able to refer them to another company that can help them out. Which is exactly what business to business relationships are for .Human decency goes a long way as well as being polite and professional. Characteristics capstone finance clearly does not have and needs to practice more often.
