Chattanooga Loan Company LLC, Chattanooga, TN

I believe this is a fraudulent company. They ran my credit based on an online application the had a similar name as mine. They didn't check the information and verify the information before running a credit check. When I call concerning the matter the lady that answer the phone was rude and short with her answers. It was as if they didn't expect someone to question them concerning their actions and that they were caught doing something they knew they should not have done. I also had to track down the actual location because the address listed was not the actual physical address. Another Red Flag. When I presented myself in person, the nervous actions continued and they had to call someone else who was not available but tried to brush me off with papers. It has been a year and the matter is not resolve, because the inquiry is still listed on my credit report. I was told they would have the inquiry removed but that obviously was a lie just like their entire business practice. This is just another predatory lending agency that preys on the weak and less fortune. How do you lend someone money without making them come in to show proof of identification? They obviously know that people are going to default on the loan. They will sell the loan to an insurance agency so they will lose nothing but gain everything. This company needs to be investigated and shutdown immediately.

These folks are great. I was in a tight situation financially and they worked with me and got me the loan I needed. They also have been very understanding of hard times and that is very much appreciated. Most loan companies make you jump through hoops just to get a no, but Amy and everyone else takes their time to help people out. I love this place!

MS. AMY! I been had a loan with them for about 8 months going on a yr I think if I’m not mistaking! & Ms. Amy is the best! I love her & she knows me, & remembers me & she always make sure I’m okay! & they loans are great! They don’t go up on the loan when it’s time to pay them back! They keep it at what u owe or if it does go up it doesn’t go up a lot! I just love them! & especially Ms. Amy!. So get a loan with them! There better than all them other companies frfr!
