I had a wonderful experience and will tell others about Fairway. Mr. Richard Smith goes the extra mile. He makes it very easy and explains all details to you.

If I could give a ZERO, I would. They sold my loan, before I made the first payment, to Flagstar. I didn't sign up to be with Flagstar but here I am stuck with a mortgage company that has sub security and constantly pushing to "go green" and use autopay. They use tactics such as a hard to login and navigate website to push you into going green and use autopay. I get angry every time I have to make a payment but will never sign up for autopay with them. Don't be fooled into thinking you will be doing business with Fairway. I'm done with them and the realtor that recommended them!

This was the third time that we have used Brian and his team, 2 purchases and 1 refi. Nothing less than excellent service, and if in the future we need his services again, we will be back.

From start to finish Brian and his team were on their game. Made the experience of buying a home pleasurable. Even when things didn't look promising Brian found a way to get it done. Would recommend Fairway to anyone looking to buy a home.
