Beth and the staff were great. I had traveled 2 hours to purchase a motorcycle in Chatanooga. The process was easy, paperwork went smooth, Beth was very friendly and explained everything throughout the process, which was less than 15 minutes from entering the office. I will always contact Beth at Lendmark or any further financial needs.

Bait and switch compqny...high interest rates...trive on people with less than average credit...would not recomend this company to anyone...there responce is always sorry please contact our home office....anyone that would like to start a class action please contact me...they need to be out of business

The new app doesn't work I can't even get on to pay payments an cant get anybody to answer. It use to not be this way

i just love this place , I have did business with them for over a year now and have never been disappointed, the staff are great and always so friendly and ready to help, these people leaving bad reviews, all i can say is you must have not been paying your bills. i too have been late and still never had a problem i just paid a late fee. yall have saved my life twice now lol thank you so much i will recommend you to everyone.

Cant stand these ppl.. u miss a payment and they charge off ur acct before the next months due.. then they garnished my wages from work.. and now claimin i owe em more money from that same loan which i DONT.. i dont recommend these scammers to nobody..

First of all. I think IT'S CRAZY for a LOAN COMPANY not to report to any credit beauros. 2nd of all I AM STILL trying to get my tag from them after having this car for a month and my temporary tag is about to expire. They are super rude everytime I go in there they forget to have me sign something and then call me to drive 30 min to come sign papers they forgot to give me. I'm literally on hold right now and have been for 40 min after calling a week ago and asking about my tag I was told they were going to go up the dmv to find out the issue and I'd get a call back..... which never happened. Annette is the person I spoke with and she told me my tag should be here and she was going to find out the issue. Today I called back to see what the hold up was and they are TRIED to tell me that I hadn't paid for it yet 🙃 and wasn't going to get one. After this lady was completely rude to me aneese is her name. She finally called me back to tell me I was right and they did have my tag.... I tell her I need my tag bc I have work and she said "we all do" lol like ok yall but it's your job yo turn in my tag paperwork 😆 anywayssss don't go here unless you want a loan from the crappiest place in town.
