Darlene & Amber are fantastic people and I can tell they take great pride in what they do. I personally did not end up taking a loan out with them (due to other reason’s not caused by them), BUT if I ever do need to take a loan out I will DEFIANTLY be coming to them. They were extremely professional and responsive. Had it not been for the timing on my part would have been the people I would have gone with. If you need a financial assistance then please give them a visit or call as they have your best intentions in mind I can tell.

Lendmark and Debbie specifically has a ton of patience with complex needs of their customers. I had financed my car through them last year. Suddenly the transmission completely failed. It was going to cost more money than I could afford. When I called and spoke to Debbie she told me not to worry they would do their best to help me. The dealer made me out a quote to replace the transmission but it was too high. I tried a local mechanic that I knew well and trusted. Lynns automotive in Cleveland tn. I got a better quote from him. I sent it to Debbie and she got me approved for about 95 percent of what I needed. Instead of an expensive personal loan she put it in with my auto loan. My monthly payments did not go up much at all. Way better than having two separate loans. Everyone at the Hixson branch has been wonderful during such a stressful time for me. I highly recommend them for all your needs. They are very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They have my business forever!
