From the beginning, everyone has been very polite and thorough and making sure they went over every detail with me. I would highly recommend them!

Business claims "fast" loans. Applied online yesterday evening. Got a call at 11:30 this morning claiming they would pass the application to the manager and call us back within 30 minutes. By 2:30 my husband called to check on application, but was told it had just made it to the managers desk to look over and they would call us back. Finally, they called..at 4:45. Nothing about the process is fast. Customer Service wasn't very friendly. Would not recommend.

The ladies at Ridge loan are fantastic. They were nice and helped me in my time of need.Update I got sick wirh the flu and been off work for three weeks. And my s store went out of business. Now i have gotten loans with this company at least 3 times and paid them off and I have never missed a payment until now. And the lady that i talked to was rude and didn't care about my situation. She acted ad if she personally gave me the money. I will pay these people off and I will NEVER do business with them again and i mean that.
