I had a wonderful first time visit at this location, where I was able to be approved for a small personal loan. Ms. Terrie assisted me and she was the most wonderful and friendly person I had to pleasure of speaking with. She was very thorough with the process and very professional. She is amazing at her job and I most definitely recommend anyone to visit her, especially younger adults looking to start building credit with a reputable company. You will be in good hands!

The personnel from Clarksville Office on Madison Street are very professional and considerate. They always provide a positive atmosphere and will try to work with customers and potential customers to help meet their financial needs. I currently have a loans with my husband with them. There are times that I do kinda get frustrated with them because there was a time my husband and I had no income and they threatened to take us to court which everyone knows, no one can afford that in today’s world. But that was lack of my husband communicating with them and talking to them. We currently have been paying what we can afford to our loan which is less then the payment and it has kept us a float. Jessica over there is really good and works well with us. I would recommend if you would like a loan, I would always go to them for the simple fact it’s monthly payments, I don’t see the interest rate as too high, and they will work with you as long as you speak to them.

1st Franklin Financial has outstanding customer service, provided easy and quick responses from questions about their Live Check program to furthering business in another Loan. Ask for Terrie she was outstanding!

I contacted 1st Franklin on a Thursday afternoon. I was fully expecting a no. After speaking with Carl for a few moments and explaining my situation, he was able to get an approval. This company is top notch and I would recommend to anyone. Terrie closed my loan and her professional attitude and behavior was superb. Thank you to 1st Franklin for making something out of nothing.

Jessica has assisted me time and time again from braces to roof replacement. She always works hard to make sure I can get what I need when I’m in a bind. Terrie is amazing as well!!
