I work until 5:30 6 days a week and I finally got a chance to rush over here from work. Jeffrey was beyond helpful and patient. They close at 6, but he took the time to answer all my questions and set everything up for me as if he just walked in to start his shift. Excellent customer service! I just wanted to say the professional service I got from Natasha at the Tiny Town Rd branch was excellent. She was very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and very professional! And I tried to leave her a couple bucks as a tip for such a fast friendly service, but she refused, said it’s against policy! That shows how honest and loyal she is, I mean who turns down free money??? A honest loyal employee with integrity like Natasha! What an angel!
