Just called there today and whomever is in the office this morning(female) was extremely rude. I visited the website and and it clearly stated if you don’t have physical checks from your checking account you can still use their services for a loan. I always call before to get clarity before I make a blank trip. Therefore, I called this location and the lady was very rude initially when I asked about the checks and I told her the website was misleading since she stated since I don’t have a local bank I can’t do that. Im a veteran and of course most veterans don’t have local banks. Instead of her stating whatever she needed to, she had a nasty tone and was very disrespectful. I am so glad I didn’t become a customer here for that reason alone and will not be recommending it as well. These companies need to beware of who they hire to represent them as well as interact with customers or potential customers.

Normally I do not leave bad reviews..but went in today. Upon going in cash advance side, the lady was already yelling at someone on the phone and then hung up on this customer. When it was my turn..I was told they can't do emails or electronic methods for a cash advance today because she did not have time for me. She rolled her eyes and everything. I understand being short staffed can be stressful, but seriously if you don't like being in customer service find a better suited job! I will not be going back in at all. I was a new customer, too!
