The individuals that work at this office and the district manager are all amazing people. They are extremely nice, very professional, and all have hearts of gold. When I was approved for my loan, I was in and out in a matter of no time without any problems. If you ever need to borrow money, do not hesitate to give Credit Central a call. You will not be disappointed and you will be extremely happy you called/relied on Credit Central for your money needs. John is AMAZING!!! Professional, responsive, honest and kind. During COVID this office helped and was very understanding of financial changes, not all facilities care for their customers in the same manner.

I have nothing but wonderful things about credit central they are all about customer service and they care about their customers, they went out of their way to try and help my friend who recently passed away who was also a customer of theirs. I witnessed how they talked to her and treated her and it made me smile and that's what sent me to credit central. Miss Cherie and Josh are wonderful. I been with them for about 2 years but my last renewal was The best Experience! Miss Anderson was so patient and helpful as we processed a renewal over the phone/online, I personally get anxious doing anything online and so she virtually held my hand over the phone she was extremely sweet, helpful, knowledgeable. answered all my question sometimes twice as I made sure I had all my info written correctly. I highly recommend this company and want for them to know they have a Gem with this lady!! Again to her I say thank you for all you did for me!!

Out of all the places I have went to for help this place is the BEST place to come for that reason. My credit is not great, but they were still here to help me. And the customer service is always amazing. I don’t mind coming here or even taking to them on the phone because they are more understanding than any other loan place I know. That you guys so much!!!!!
