They sent out a letter stating "you are pre approved" go there to figure out what all needs to be done gets told "oh well it is going to be an hour but we will call you" I go back home 2hrs later no phone call. So I called up there "oh well we couldn't get approval" isn't it considered false advertisment to say someone is pre approved then deny them.

Great customer service... Friendly staff. Very pleasant and easy to deal with. We have had multiple loans with this company and will gladly do business with them again and again

This is the most unorganized and unprofessional place I've EVER been to. As soon as I pay off my loan I will NEVER go back! Do NOT go to them for anything unless you just love being inconvenienced every time you try to make a payment. Absolutely Ridiculous!

They don't try to help you out all they do is harassing about the money and harassing your references they don't listen when you try to explain to them situations!!!!! Go somewhere else to get loans not them!!!!!!!!
