1st Franklin Financial, Cleveland, TN

I want to acknowledge Lisa, my representative at 1st Franklin Financial. I had a loan through this company once before and they were wonderful. Recently, I was injured on the job being an EMT, and two months had went by with no workers compensation, yet. I needed a loan to get caught up, and Lisa was there for my every need at the Cleveland, TN location. I endured Covid for the 3rd time while being out on workers compensation, and as many know most offices if not all of them, will not let you come in until you’ve tested negative. Which put me more behind in physical therapy. I was distraught and worried. My bills were getting behind because of no income coming into my household. I decided to reach out to 1st Franklin Financial and Lisa was the most endearing and kind individual to me. Then right after getting my loan check, the company I use to get the oil changed on my vehicle destroy body damage to my car and it was just hit after hit. Lisa called, only to check on me. No one has ever done that. That is what you call empathy. She was so loving and kind and genuinely cared for just my well being. I value this company, but I am most grateful for Lisa and how she went above and beyond to help me, check on me, and reassure me that her company was there to help me. Thank you for that. I’m slowing getting back on my feet and with their help I couldn’t have done it. Thank you to Lisa, and the whole team at 1st Franklin Financial. Sometimes life puts us through hard times, but it’s when good people with morals work to help you, now that is integrity. I’d do business here again, anyday! Thank you the team and mostly Lisa.

Lacy and her staff showed phenomenal customer service while I was at the office. I was so grateful to have my loan approved quickly so I could continue my medical treatments. I made an outside purchase at a gun store and I was able to get 90 days same as cash that was financed through first Franklin. The entire staff there is very friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. I definitely recommend this company and I plan to use them in the future for another purchase

Less than a star isn't an option. Lacey (mgr) is a rude, irresponsible and unaccountable crook. She gave me the wrong pay off and refused to take responsibility for her actions. In doing so she was rude and never apologized or accepted responsibility for her documented/proven mistake. The worst part was her rudeness to me as a customer and her unethical and irresponsible behavior. I'll never do business with this company again, because of her and their unethical business practices.
